Job Description

First Baptist Church of Springfield, a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Senior Pastor to provide biblical leadership and shepherd its diverse community into a new season of ministry. The primary responsibilities include expositional preaching, leading church staff, and cultivating a culture of discipleship, evangelism, and community engagement. Qualified candidates should possess demonstrated pastoral experience, preferred seminary training, and complete theological alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
