Full-Time:

(if Part-Time approximately 30 hours per week, excluding listed benefits) The Resident Assistant ensures the safety and well-being of our guests, residents, and facilities and it is essential for the RA to follow security protocols and maintain secure access during shift. The RA role is also one of relational ministry, interacting with our shelter guests and program residents to offer biblical encouragement, hope, support and accountability. The right candidate will have a heart for ministry for those who currently struggle with brokenness, and the ability to compassionately but firmly come alongside, offering hope and life transformation through Jesus Christ. Must be a grounded Christian, team player, have a teachable spirit, have good organizational skills, be computer literate, diligent, good interpersonal skills, and be able to model healthy boundaries.
