Independent Contractor (1099) About Days Ease Inc.: Days Ease Inc. is a family-owned residential cleaning company serving Northern Pinellas & West Pasco County since 1989. We partner with dependable, detail-oriented cleaning subcontractors to provide consistent, high-quality service to our residential clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable Residential Cleaning Subcontractors to perform cleaning services in private homes. Subcontractors typically work alongside a Team Lead and complete 2-3 homes per day.

Compensation:

$20+/hour equivalent (percentage-based pay + tips + bonuses) Typical daily earnings: $60-$100, depending on schedule Seasonal bonuses and customer tips available

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Approx. 8:30 AM-2:00 PM (hours vary daily) No nights, weekends, or holidays

Scope of Work:

Perform detailed residential cleaning services Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Dust, vacuum, and mop Ensure homes meet company quality standards

Qualifications:

Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Consistent weekday availability is required Professional and courteous demeanor Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to meeting location Prior residential cleaning experience preferred but not required.
