Pay Range:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours.
Schedule:
10:30 pm - 7 am, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Chestnut Health Systems™ is a leading provider of integrated health care services. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A. Responsibilities
Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards
Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities
Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations
Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)
