Located in Fall River, MA, the Transitional Living Program will provide 8 male adolescents and young adults with services and support needed for them to safely reintegrate into home and community life and thrive in their future. Residential counselors provide a critical role in daily care and supervision for youth served. Residential counselors lead daily routines, facilitate activities, implement trauma-informed behavioral support, act as mentors and positive role models, and support youth in meeting their individualized behavioral, clinical, and rehabilitative goals. Pay Rate:
$20.00 to $21.50/hour, based on qualifications and experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Valid, current driver's license for 3 or more years and acceptable driving record (REQUIRED) This position requires reliable personal transportation and compliance with Stevens' personal-vehicle requirements within the first 90 days of employment. Employees must maintain a valid driver's license, current registration, and automobile insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 or a $300,000 combined single limit.
