Overview RiverWoods Durham is currently seeking a Security Staff person to join our team and help provide excellent and quality customer service in support of our residents and community. This is a 8 hour a week position with the potential to pick up additional shifts as they are available
the ideal candidate would be able to work overnight Friday into Saturday (midnight to 8am)

Education assistance Responsibilities Tour facility buildings and premises to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and intruders; confront unauthorized persons for questioning as needed; report safety and/or fire hazards or security activities.
Monitor status of lightbulbs, assist with floor care, remove trash/recycling from the building Maintains accurate work order logs and other required documentation Provides direct assistance to the Director of Facilities for special projects, annual preventative maintenance duties, or other tasks as assigned Assist with snow removal in the winter months to ensure safety for the community Assist Community Life or Campus Services team with other projects, room set-up, resident needs, or other requests Qualifications High School diploma required Minimum 1-year experience preferred CPR certification, or the ability to obtain one, required
