Job Description The Assistant Superintendent will: Assist with day-to-day field operations on multifamily and residential construction projects Support project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities Conduct jobsite walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress Help maintain project documentation, reports, and field records Assist with inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Identify and communicate field issues to project leadership Support punch list completion and project closeout activities Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Promote jobsite safety and enforce company standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful Assistant Superintendent will have: 2+ years of construction field experience Multifamily, residential, or commercial construction experience preferred Strong understanding of construction processes and jobsite operations Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities on active jobsites OSHA certification preferred Desire to grow into a Superintendent role Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $81,000 to $99,000 per year.
