50/hr What you'll do: Regularly provides training of youth leaders, role models and coaches team members on proper youth care skills and procedures. Coaches and counsels' staff on meeting applicable standards Conducts department team meetings and trainings. Regularly provides training of Mental Health Technicians, role models and coaches team members on proper YouthCare skills and procedures. Establishes Shift Supervisor schedules, ensuring there is sufficient coverage and minimal overtime, as possible. You have three years of mental health experience. You have previous leadership experience. You have an active driver's license and proof of car insurance.
