Job Description

Woodhaven Recovery is seeking dedicated professionals to join our innovative residential program for male adolescents in early recovery from substance use disorder. Our integrated model combines recovery education, clinical engagement, academics, recreation, and family programming. The Behavioral Health & Recovery Specialist supports residents in developing resilience, accountability, and healthy life skills while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision, ensuring resident safety and engagement. Facilitate recovery groups and mentoring conversations to encourage personal growth. Support academic progress through the Woodhaven Academy. Supervise off-site recreation, recovery meetings, and appointments. Assist with urinalysis, medication administration, and documentation. Collaborate with clinicians, families, and staff to support individualized recovery plans. Help plan family programming, community events, and recreational activities. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support when necessary. Qualifications Experience with adolescents in behavioral health, recovery, or residential settings strongly valued. CRS credential welcomed but not required. Ability to maintain structure, accountability, and compassion in a recovery environment. Valid driver's license required. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
