New Pathway Transitional Living is seeking dependable, professional Residential Assistants to support adults rebuilding stability in a structured shared-living environment.

Pay:

$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

Part-time; evening, overnight, and weekend availability preferred

Location:

Philadelphia, PA Primary responsibilities include: Monitoring resident safety and house activity Enforcing program rules and maintaining professional boundaries Completing shift logs and incident reports Supporting curfew, chores, and structured daily routines Responding appropriately to conflicts and emergencies Communicating concerns to NPTL management Helping maintain a safe, respectful, and organized home Preferred candidates have experience in corrections, security, behavioral health, shelters, residential programs, reentry, or human services. Applicants must be reliable, observant, respectful, comfortable working with diverse adults, and capable of remaining calm during challenging situations.
