•Assistant Residence Director The primary duty of the Assistant Residence Director is to assist in management of the community. The associate should be primarily engaged in non-manual work related to the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the community. This role assists in coordinating activities of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment, and dining services departments. Responsibilities

Requirements Requirements-Assistant Residence Director Required:
A minimum one year of professional experience
Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook software
Required:
High school diploma or
GED Required:
The ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
Required:
The ability to obtain all necessary certification/licensure to become an administrator/residence director
Prefer:
