Assist residents with daily living activities, goal achievement, budgeting, community participation, and independent living skills. Coordinate and support medical appointments, medication administration oversight, and health-related needs. Encourage social engagement, recreational participation, positive coping skills, and the development of natural support systems. Complete documentation, maintain compliance with agency and HIPAA standards, and help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment. Helping Others Qualifications Required:
Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Previous Experience working directly with individuals with MH diagnoses and disabilities Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written Ability to successfully complete all required training programs Ability to pass
Criminal Record History Clearances, FBI, Physical Examination, and Drug Screening Preferred:
Experience in residential services, behavioral health, recovery-oriented care, or human services Knowledge of Trauma- Informed Care and person-centered practices Schedule Part-Time Flexible scheduling based on programmatic needs Evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight hours may be required.
