Ranch Hands Chisholm Trail Home Services is a locally-owned residential cleaning company launching this month in Lockhart, Martindale, and the surrounding Caldwell County area. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our crew as independent contractors — we call them Ranch Hands . What You'll Do Clean residential homes on a flexible, piece-rate schedule. You choose the jobs that work for you. What Makes This Different You keep 43% of every job, paid per job — not by the hour. The faster and better you work, the more you earn. No supply costs come out of your pay. We provide supplies and equipment through our Tool Loan Program. We use non-toxic, green cleaning products (Branch Basics and select heavy-duty options) — safer for you and for the families whose homes you're in. Flexible schedule. You're an independent contractor, not tied to a shift. Retention bonuses at 30/60/90 days for Ranch Hands who keep at least one clean per week.
