Gateway is designed to serve boys ages 14
17 struggling with depression, anxiety, social problems, academic struggles, and other comparable challenges.

Gateway Academy's starting wage for residential mentors is $17.00 per hour. All mentors will receive an additional $1.00 boost through incremental pay increases within the first year of hire as follows: 6th Month Following Month of Hire 12th Month Following Month of Hire

28 hours a week for Part-time Morning shifts: 6:45 AM
12:15 PM or 6:45 AM
2:45 PM Evening shifts: 3:00 PM
10:30 PM Weekend shifts: 7:00 AM
3:00 PM or 3:00 PM
10:30 PM Shifts Vary Monday
Sunday
