Bridge Street Mission is looking to hire a full-time shift lead in our women's recovery center. Our resident care staff are primarily advocates and case managers who build healthy godly relationships with women, provide practical help, encouragement, counsel as well as program accountability and a security presence. Additional responsibilities according to skills and experience will be considered in building a team. Preferred candidates will be free of all addictions and demonstrate a strong understanding of clients experiencing homelessness and addictions. Bridge Street Mission is a 501(c)(3) Christian non-profit charity providing Christ-centered help to those in need with an emphasis on life transformation for individuals experiencing homelessness, addictions and hunger.
