In this position, you will serve as the Manufacturing Support Coordinator. Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Support Coordinator to aide manuafacturing operations by performing production support, QAD/ERP transactions, outside-sercice coordination, inventory activities and related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include timeley and accurate execution of routine activities that support production flow, inventory accuracy and manufacturing priorities. Day shift Responsibilities Create new item numbers and routings in QAD/ERP as requested and according to established procedures. Create profiles for new item numbers and verify required information is complete. Update or correct item profiles and attributes as directed. Assist the Master Scheduler with purchase orders and coordination for outside processing services. Prepare and coordinate material for shipment to outside processing suppliers as needed. Verify that required product specifications and documentation are available prior to outside processing. Follow up with outside-service suppliers to obtain status updates and communicate delays or concerns. Maintain and update KPI tracking for outside processing activities. Assist with WIP and other inventory cycle counts as required. Issue production ticket weights and perform related QAD/ERP transactions for material moving through production. Support production documentation, inventory accuracy, and other manufacturing activities assigned. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND JOB KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using an ERP system (QAD preferred) is highly desired. Strong computer skills are highly desired, including data entry and Microsoft Office. Experience with barcode scanners and inventory transactions preferred. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Must lift, reach, push or pull material daily. Regularly lift and move materials or product samples weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboards, scan inventory barcode guns, and handle small parts. Have strong visual acuity to read labels, and view computer monitors. Hear audible factory safety alarms, equipment pages, and radio communications over loud ambient noise. Works under general supervision. Work around manufacturing machinery requiring the use of hearing protection (earplugs or earmuffs). Navigate areas with moving mechanical parts and forklifts. Wear standard personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, and safety glasses. Work in facility environments that may lack air conditioning or heating, exposing them to seasonal heat or cold.

From $21.00 per hour
