You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive treatment, support, and skill building to help stabilize youth in their home and community settings. Deliver intensive in-home and community-based services 3-5 times per week, as clinically indicated Teach and coach youth in coping skills, self-care, and strategies for managing emotions Support families in addressing the emotional and mental health needs of youth Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Provide behavioral coaching to enhance problem-solving, communication, and family dynamics Facilitate linkages to community resources and make referrals through warm hand-offs Co-facilitate team meetings and assist with aftercare planning Who You Are Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services with relevant experience, or enrolled in a Master's degree program Experience providing therapeutic support to youth and families preferred Bilingual In Spanish (Required) Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modification techniques, and coping strategies Familiarity with child-serving systems and community resources Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required We Hire for Purpose!
