Our Residential Program serves both the adult and adolescent/young adult populations, providing services in ten community-based homes located throughout St. Mary's County.

Primary responsibilities:

Provide support to individuals diagnosed with a serious mental illness who are living in a structured group home environment. Assist them with accomplishing personal rehabilitative goals and becoming more independent with their daily living skills.

The following shift is available:

Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED (additional education preferred) At least 1 year of human services experience Preferred experience working with mentally ill population Demonstrated experience in driving a van with a 15-passenger capacity and transporting clients daily. Driver's license with a qualifying driving record We promote the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of the individual, especially the marginalized and vulnerable, through the shared exploration of pathways to healthy living.
