We are seeking a dedicated Life Enrichment Aide to help us foster a community where every resident feels connected, valued, and engaged. SHIFT & SCHEDULE
Full-Time:
Tuesday -
Saturday Flexible Hours:
8:00 am -4:30pm Tuesday thru Saturday, also Sunday thru Thursday 8:00-4:30 that way there are activities 7 days a week. Occasionally an evening for outdoor summer concerts.(schedule is flexible but with in these hours)

As a Life Enrichment Aide, you will support our team in delivering high-quality, resident-focused programming that touches the heart and mind.
Engage & Inspire:
Facilitate recreational, social, and educational programs that cater to the diverse interests of our residents.
Person-Centered Support:
Provide individualized attention, ensuring that each resident has the opportunity to participate in ways that are meaningful to them.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with the Life Enrichment team to brainstorm and execute creative events, outings, and daily activities.
Champion Dignity:
Ensure that every interaction is rooted in respect, enhancing the overall quality of life within our long-term care environment.
