    • Meaningful, Rewarding Work What does a Family Support Worker do? As a FSW , you'll work directly with children and families receiving services through Nebraska DHHS. Depending on the case, you may:
    • Supervise Parent-Child Visits
    • Help create safe, positive experiences for children and parents.
    • Provide Transportation
    • Transport children and/or parents to visits and other approved activities.
    • Provide Family Support
    • Help families work toward goals involving parenting, employment, housing, budgeting, household management, and more.
    • Complete Documentation
    • Document the services you provide and the progress you observe.
    • Drug Testing
    • Opportunities to conduct UAs, sweat patches, oral swabs, and breathalyzer testing.
    Training is provided, and drug testing is optional if you are not comfortable performing it. We're Looking for
