Job Description

SCOPE OF POSITION
Our Life Enrichment Aides implement multi-faceted activities as scheduled or assigned by the Life Enrichment Supervisor to ensure the programs meet the functional needs and reflect the interests of each resident. Activities are done in both group settings or one-on-one with the residents.

We are committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents and clients here at Rockingham County. We want our residents to feel safe, comfortable, and supported in all aspects of their lives to include not only physical, but also emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and intellectual well-being. Our Life Enrichment Aides are a vital part of our dynamic team! They develop and lead programs, complete individual activity interventions that meet the needs of our residents, and perform program support services such as transporting residents, assembling equipment, and preparing/maintaining work areas as the activity indicates.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working with elderly. Must be fluent in English. Qualified candidates should be comfortable speaking in groups of people. High-School Diploma or GED required. New Hampshire Board of Nursing approved Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) preferred.
SHIFT:
Mon - Fri 12pm-8pm,
Rotating Weekends STATUS:
Full Time / Non-Exempt / Union Rockingham County offers a complete benefits package including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability and optional long-term disability.
