Outreach Worker Salary:

Outreach Worker:
- Conduct client intakes for human services programs.
- Connect individuals and families with community resources, referrals, and support services.
- Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Attend community outreach events and represent program services.
- Assist clients with maintaining eligibility for government programs and accessing needed resources.
- Support documentation and follow-up activities related to client services.
Outreach Worker:
- Experience conducting client intakes or assessments preferred.
- Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, providers, and community organizations.
- Comfortable attending community events and working within the local service network.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
