Program Support Coordinator Fusion Recovery Troy, NY Job Details Full-time $23.00 - $25.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Operations management High school diploma or GED Mental health facility experience Attention to detail Human Services Associate's degree Full Job Description Program Support Coordinator Fusion Recovery | 820 Residential Reintegration Facility | Troy, NY Position Overview The Program Support Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing daily facility operations, supporting direct care, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines. Based at Fusion Recovery's 820 Residential Reintegration facility in Troy, NY , this position requires a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate individual. Key Responsibilities Staff Support and Oversight Provide ongoing training and guidance to Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) staff regarding shift responsibilities, program procedures, and professional expectations. Develop training manuals for incoming staff. Create weekly staff schedules. Assign and monitor shift responsibilities, including wake-up routines, bed checks, medication passes, chore assignments, and facility cleanliness. Maintain staff communication systems and ensure accurate documentation of shift activities. Resident Services and Transportation Coordinate safe, timely transportation to Fusion's outpatient services in Menands using agency vehicles, ride-share services, and public transportation day passes. Schedule transportation between residential locations as needed. Support new resident intakes, including completing consents and creating admission profiles. Ensure proper discharge procedures, including packing and storing resident belongings and laundering assigned items. Assign, monitor, and inspect resident chore completion. Medication and Documentation Management Oversee the organization and maintenance of medication binders and medication lockbox setups. Maintain receipt records for medications received from Genoa Pharmacy. Upload and maintain urine drug screen (UDS) results from Labcorp. Create and maintain quarterly binders for resident sign-in/sign-out logs, staff communication logs, medication receipt records, and other required documentation. Maintain and update templates, forms, and documentation used by BHT and residential staff, ensuring current versions are readily available. Facility Operations and Compliance Conduct regular inventory checks of cleaning and operational supplies and prepare restocking requests. Organize and maintain storage areas, including basement cabinets and resident pantry areas. Maintain compliance documentation and monitoring systems related to fire safety, emergency lighting, and other facility requirements. Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities. Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations and resident care. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a residential or behavioral health setting. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
