Job Description
## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals recovering from addiction, mental health, helping them navigate their journey towards sobriety and wellness. ## Duties
- Offer mentoring and support to individuals in recovery
- Utilize behavioral health knowledge to assist clients in developing coping strategies
- Collaborate with case managers and mental health counselors to provide comprehensive care
- Implement crisis management and intervention techniques when necessary
- Conduct addiction counseling sessions and facilitate group therapy
- Utilize motivational interviewing to inspire positive change in clients ## Skills
- Experience in systems related to addiction recovery
- Proficiency in crisis management and intervention
- Knowledge of mental health counseling practices
