We are growing throughout Chester County and are looking for energetic, dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping others. You do not need to have worked as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) before. If you have experience in autism support, behavioral health, education, special education, childcare, healthcare, CNA work, caregiving, coaching, mental health, or working with individuals with disabilities , we would love to speak with you. This Is Not Your Typical Caregiving Position Many of the individuals we support want to get out of the house and be active in their communities.
Your day could include:
Going to the YMCA or gym Bowling, basketball, walking, or exercising Going to libraries, community events, classes, or local activities Cooking and working on meal preparation Practicing communication and social skills Working on budgeting, shopping, and other life skills Helping someone explore volunteer or employment opportunities Building routines and greater independence Supporting individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities with their personal goals Our goal isn't simply to "fill hours." Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation that you can use to transport individuals in the community? Are you comfortable working 1:1 with adults with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities? This is an active, community-based position that may include going to the gym, walking, shopping, attending activities, and helping individuals build independence. Are you comfortable with this type of role? What days and times are you consistently available to work each week?
