Social Services Assistant Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in social work, Human Resource Field, or related disciplines like Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Psychology; preferred. License/Certification in accordance with state laws and regulations.

Social Services Assistant Physical and Communication Requirements:

Your role will encompass a variety of physical tasks and communication needs: Interaction with residents and families to maintain dignity, provide counseling, and facilitate emotional support. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to understand and meet residents' unique needs. Building relationships between residents and staff while promoting individuality and choice.
