Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to direct our social services program for our residents at La Canada Care Center. We are a 128 bed skilled nursing facility located in Northwest Tucson and are looking for a dynamic individual to be a part of our leadership team. The position is a salaried position with full benefits package. Must have, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree in social work or a bachelor's degree in a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology; and Must have, as a minimum, 1 year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.
