Dependency Case Manager is assigned to guide the family through the legal and recovery process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through effective program management and compassionate client support. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor social service staff, including case managers and support personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage client cases by reviewing assessments, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Cultivate positive relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote collaborative care approaches. Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, documentation, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records using Microsoft Office tools. Monitor program performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service effectiveness. Ensure staff adherence to policies related to social services, behavioral health standards, and legal compliance. Requirements A Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or simular.
