Design and run a daily calendar that may include gentle movement and chair yoga, breathwork, music, cognitive games, devotional and meditation time, and South Asian cultural celebrations such as Diwali, Gurpurab, Eid, and Paryushan. Families. Conduct intake assessments, place trust at the center of every caregiver relationship, and keep families informed with regular updates. Vendors. Manage outsourced catering (vegetarian menu) and third-party transportation, holding both to standards on quality, safety, and punctuality. Compliance and records. Maintain participant files, attendance records, incident documentation, and staff certifications. Keep the center audit-ready. Reporting.
