Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the overall operations, program development, and community engagement efforts, ensuring that our services effectively meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and underserved communities. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and promote a culture of innovation, compliance, and compassionate service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a dedicated team toward achieving organizational goals. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to all organizational programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with mission and community needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and promote social inclusion. Manage organizational budgets, oversee financial planning, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all departments. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, funders, and regulatory agencies to enhance service delivery and organizational reputation. Supervise senior staff members in program management, social services delivery, staff supervision, and administrative functions. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and funding requirements related to social services and behavioral health programs. Lead efforts in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Oversee the development of new programs or initiatives that address emerging community needs while maintaining high standards of quality. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, communication, and data analysis to support organizational operations. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality. Experience Proven experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a social service setting. Demonstrated leadership in social services administration or nonprofit management with supervisory experience in program development and team management. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including clients from underserved communities. Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, compliance oversight, staff supervision, and program management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, communication, and data analysis purposes. Experience supervising social service program staff involved in behavioral health or disability services. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse populations. Background in social work or related fields is preferred along with leadership experience in managing complex projects or programs within social services or health sectors. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
