Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Individualized Skills and Socialization Manager to lead efforts in enhancing the social, behavioral, and skill development of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and supervision of personalized programs that promote independence, social engagement, and overall well-being. Your leadership will empower individuals to reach their full potential while fostering a supportive environment that emphasizes respect, growth, and community integration. Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized skill-building and socialization programs tailored to each participant's unique needs and goals. Supervise social service program staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and ongoing support. Coordinate program activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies. Monitor program outcomes through data collection, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Oversee administrative tasks such as budgeting, documentation, and maintaining accurate client records using Microsoft Office tools. Lead team meetings, facilitate staff development opportunities, and foster a positive team environment focused on excellence in service provision. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a social services setting. Proven relationship management skills with clients, families, community partners, and team members. Strong administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and program reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Supervisory experience managing social service program staff or team members within a behavioral health or social services context. Demonstrated leadership in program development and management within underserved communities. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse populations. Knowledge of compliance standards related to social services programs is essential. Excellent writing skills for report creation, client communication, and documentation purposes. Experience working with individuals from underserved communities or those with disabilities is preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm, some evening and weekends will be required. Pay:
