52,000 Are you passionate about shaping young lives and building stronger communities? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead our Youth Development programs in Western Chesterfield. This is more than a job

What You'll Do As our Regional Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our before/after-school and camp programs, ensuring they're safe, enriching, and inspiring. You'll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records. Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators. Regularly visit sites to assess quality and support staff. Lead data collection efforts (e.g., attendance, behavior, surveys). Build strong relationships with school administrators and community partners. Manage budgets with precision and transparency. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing youth programs and teams. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience working in underserved communities. Meets VA licensing requirements for site supervision.
