In this vital leadership role, you will develop, manage, and enhance programs that promote independence, well-being, and community integration. Your expertise in social work, program management, and team supervision will drive positive outcomes for clients while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs tailored to our residents. Supervise and mentor social service assistant fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure efficient resource allocation aligned with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners, to facilitate coordinated care and support services. Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing social services programs; ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting. Requirements Proven experience working with individuals in a long-term or skilled care setting. Strong relationship management skills to foster trust among clients, families, staff, and community partners. Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, compliance oversight, and program management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Supervisory experience managing social service program staff; ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Background in social work; Master's Degree preferred. Experience working with the elderly and cognitive impaired . Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, grant applications, and client communication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong organizational skills required.
