Responsibilities:
Attend the daily shift meetings before reporting to an assignment. Mentors who drive separately or arrive after the meeting must check in with a Director before beginning work. Actively engage members through games, conversations, homework support, Club materials, technology, and other appropriate activities. Lead assigned clubs or planned activities and support programs led by staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners. Monitor member interactions, technology use, treatment of property, and participation in required homework or program activities to ensure expectations are followed.
