Catholic Charities of Southern Minnesota is seeking a compassionate, mission-driven leader to supervise our Supportive Housing team. In this role, you'll lead daily operations, support staff, and help create safe, welcoming environments for individuals experiencing housing instability. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your leadership career in a respected nonprofit organization. As Supportive Housing Supervisor, you will help ensure our shelter operates safely, compassionately, and in line with our values. You'll be the connective tissue between the Director of Housing and Shelters and frontline staff, coordinating schedules, overseeing operations, and stepping in when it counts. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of assigned housing and shelter programs. Hire, onboard, coach, and support staff in partnership with the Program Director and HR. Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. Develop staff through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional development. Create and manage staff schedules, volunteer coordination, and on-call coverage. Respond to operational issues and provide support during staffing shortages or emergencies. Maintain accurate program records and reports. Build strong relationships with community partners, including county agencies, law enforcement, and service providers. Support community outreach efforts and represent the program as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Three (3) years of human services experience, including supervisory experience. Experience leading staff and/or coordinating volunteers. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
