Our mission is to raise awareness of community needs and foster partnerships that deliver impactful services for children, families, and neighborhoods. Job Overview The Community Partnership is seeking a dynamic, part-time coordinator for our Chafee Independent Living Program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting older youth in the foster care system. The candidate should understand individual needs and differences and conduct themselves professionally, especially when handling confidential information and working with youth and facility staff. Duties Maintain regular contact with assigned youth Facilitate structured training sessions designed to develop youth life skills, job readiness, and awareness of educational opportunities. Travel routinely throughout the four-county service region to conduct visits in foster homes and residential or care facilities. Maintain accurate and timely youth case files, including visit documentation, contacts, learning goals, and assigned follow-up activities. Requirements A bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. Experience working with teenagers and knowledge of the foster care system are also preferred. Ability to work as a team member in a professional setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay:
From $20.91 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
