Overview Compensation

$500/month base pay
$500 commission for each qualified hospice admission Expected earnings: $2,500
5,000+ per month for top performers
Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)

Role:

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Hospice Marketer to grow our referral network and increase hospice admissions. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare sales professional who is motivated by performance and enjoys building lasting relationships in the community. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other referral sources.
Educate referral partners about our hospice services and the benefits of hospice care.
Identify and develop new referral opportunities.
Represent our hospice at networking events and community outreach activities.
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth referral and admission process.
Meet monthly referral and admission goals. Qualifications
Hospice marketing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship
building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
