Tyler Area Job Summary:
Calabri Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and committed Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS) to join our team in the Tyler, TX area. This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor role focused on delivering community-based mental behavioral health services, including skills training, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive medication management under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized community-based services including: Skills training Case management Crisis intervention Medication management support Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided. Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and care team members. Submit detailed reports and treatment documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach. Support clients in navigating behavioral health challenges and accessing appropriate resources.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following fields:
Psychology Social Work Medicine Registered Nursing Rehabilitation Counseling Sociology Human Growth and Development Physician Assistant Gerontology Special Education Educational Psychology Early Childhood Education Additional Requirements:
Ownership of a laptop or computer suitable for documentation and telehealth. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within Tyler, TX Area. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Timely documentation and electronic records management.
Pre-Employment Screening Required Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in or near the Tyler Area to effectively serve clients in the area.
Working Conditions:
This is a field-based hybrid contractor position with flexibility for both in-person and remote service delivery. While contractors manage their own schedules, some evening, weekend, or on-call availability may be beneficial based on client needs. Local travel throughout the Tyler, TX area is required.
Compensation:
This is a 1099 contract position. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per billable hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
