We are looking for passionate Youth Development Professionals to empower children at Cherry Hill Elementary. If you love working with kids, fostering social-emotional growth, and creating a fun, safe environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
The Details:
Pay:
$15.00
•$18.00 per hour
Location:
Cherry Hill Elementary Schedule:
Part-Time (Estimated 15-22 hours/week). Monday-Thursday (Approx. 2:00 PM
•6:00 PM) and Fridays (Starting as early as 11:30 AM
•6:00 PM).
Commitment:
August 9, 2026
•May 21, 2027 (Summer program opportunities available!)
What You Will Do:
Mentor & Engage:
Build positive, supportive relationships with youth through active engagement. Lead the
Fun:
Facilitate and participate in games, recreational activities, and enrichment programs both indoors and outdoors.
Support Growth:
Help children develop social and emotional intelligence by modeling positive communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
Maintain Safety:
Provide active supervision to ensure a physically and emotionally safe space for all participants.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational, recreational, or team setting is preferred. A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Willingness to actively participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly paid training and professional development. Ability to actively supervise children, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift 25-50 lbs. Why Work With Us?
