Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our Community Health Center, providing outpatient primary care and behavioral health services. Assist in integrating Substance Use Services into the clinical setting, developing and implementing treatment plans. Conduct Substance Use Assessments and coordinate care with medical providers. Support individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) or mandated treatment through care coordination and compliance oversight. Offer individual, group, and family treatment based on evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in meetings and training.
Qualifications:
Licensed Addiction Counselor in Montana, with at least 2 years of clinical assessment and treatment experience preferred. This full-time role requires in-person work in Hamilton, MT, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.Note:
