Responsibilities include:
Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions for youth and adults. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and determine appropriate treatment recommendations. Participate in weekly clinical supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings. Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation. Provide appropriate progress updates to authorized referral sources while following HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Compensation is based on experience. The Work Group offers a supportive, collaborative workplace that values professional development and encourages continued growth. The Work Group is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization with more than 40 years of experience serving urban, out-of-school youth ages 16-25. Since 2019, The Work Group has also operated as a licensed outpatient treatment provider, offering substance use and co-occurring mental health services to adolescents, adults, and families in both Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings.
