Our agency is currently searching for new and experienced Substance Abuse Counselors to enlarge our team to increase access to treatment services to a variety of populations in Aiken County. Counselors will work with patients in an outpatient treatment setting to deliver a full range of therapeutic services to include assessment and treatment plan development, individual and group counseling services, care coordination, case and crisis management, as well as discharge planning. We are hoping to hire clinicians who are eager to learn as well as share their existing experience, knowledge and expertise in addition to interest in leadership opportunities. Desired areas of experience in addition to substance use disorders are co-occurring disorders, adolescent treatment, women's issues, trauma and ADSAP intervention programs. Our open positions are located at the main office as well as community -based positions. Pay is based on experience. Interested applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field SC Licensure (LPC, LPCA, LMSW, LAC, LISW-CP, LMFT) or be in process Certified as an ADC, AADC or CS through The Addictions Professionals of SC or ability to obtain within 3 years of hire

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SUD treatment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a part of a team Experience and interest in leadership opportunities Knowledge of substance use disorders detailed in the

DSM-5 TR
