Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Youth Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and providing supervision and behavioral health support to adolescent girls. Responsibilities

Provide supervision to the residents to ensure health and safety
Maintain the household environment
Mentor and guide youth towards positive decision-making
Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans Qualifications
BA in related field (social work, psychology) or
BA in unrelated field and six months experience with children in a group setting or
HS diploma and at least twelve months experience working with children in a group setting
Ability to work in a team environment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday and Tues 12p

10 p and Wed or Thur 8 am
6 pm Please note: a valid driver's license is required for this position.
