Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Youth Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and providing supervision and behavioral health support to adolescent girls. Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to the residents to ensure health and safety
• Maintain the household environment
• Mentor and guide youth towards positive decision-making
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans Qualifications
• BA in related field (social work, psychology) or
• BA in unrelated field and six months experience with children in a group setting or
• HS diploma and at least twelve months experience working with children in a group setting
• Ability to work in a team environment This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday and Tues 12p

• 10 p and Wed or Thur 8 am
• 6 pm Please note: a valid driver's license is required for this position.
