In this hybrid role, you will research markets, source and screen actuarial and analytical talent, and match candidates with opportunities at insurers, consulting firms, and corporations. You'll analyze resumes, exam progress, and technical skills, maintain accurate data in our systems, and prepare candidate summaries for clients. Working in a professional, collaborative environment, you'll build strong relationships, learn the actuarial landscape, and gain increasing responsibility as you grow your expertise. Responsibilities Source and identify actuarial and analytics candidates through job boards, databases, and networking. Screen resumes and assess candidate exam progress, technical skills, and industry experience. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate fit for client roles. Research insurance, consulting, and corporate markets to understand hiring trends and talent pools. Prepare clear candidate summaries and profiles for client presentations. Maintain accurate candidate and job data within applicant tracking and CRM systems. Collaborate with senior recruiters to match candidates to open roles and manage search processes. Communicate professionally with candidates and clients, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback. Support the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and offer processes.
