Job Description

Utah Transit Authority seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant to drive operational excellence across bus, rail, and support services. In this safety-focused, community-minded role, you will analyze transit processes, lead Lean/ Six Sigma projects, and partner with teams to improve reliability, customer experience, and efficiency. You'll facilitate workshops, coach staff in CI tools, and track KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
