Job Description

Duration 24 months Job Description Lead a data analytics team supporting a State Medicaid client by extracting, analyzing, and validating Medicaid enrollment, encounter, and claims data from Enterprise Data Warehouses. Serve as the primary client-facing data lead, translating business requirements into actionable data solutions and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of Medicaid data analytics and reporting workstreams.
  • Guide team members in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand requirements and resolve data issues.
  • Validate data quality, accuracy, completeness, and business logic.
  • Present analyses, findings, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, risks, and team priorities.
  • Mentor analysts and promote consistent data and documentation standards. Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience working with Health data in data management, analytics, or related field
  • Experience leading data analytics teams or workstreams.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with enterprise data warehouses.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
