The Defense Mission and Health Solutions team, Bene?ts, Claims & Integrity Solutions Operating Unit seeks a Director of Data Analytics and Reporting to support our Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) customer delivery and be part of the leadership for CMS Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) initiatives. The successful candidate leads the strategy, development, and execution of enterprise-wide analytics, data visualization, and reporting capabilities. This role oversees teams responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and organizational performance. The director partners closely with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and alignment to organizational priorities. What you'll do:
- Develop and a strategic roadmap for analytics, business intelligence (BI), and enterprise
- Lead, mentor, and develop analytics professionals, data analysts, BI developers, and reporting
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reports, and analytical models.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through strong data governance
- Collaborate with executives and business units to understand requirements and deliver insight-driven solutions.
