Lead and develop a high-performing global team delivering commercial analytics, reporting, and business insights. Define and execute the commercial analytics roadmap, aligning analytics capabilities with sales behavior, business priorities and growth objectives. Establish governance for commercial KPIs, reporting standards, and data quality to ensure trusted, consistent decision-making. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Data Governance to deliver scalable analytics solutions supporting enterprise initiatives. Deliver executive insights and recommendations that support commercial performance and strategic decision-making. Advance commercial analytics and enablement through Power BI, automation, self-service reporting, and emerging AI capabilities. Support enterprise initiatives including customer hierarchy, segmentation, territory management, and CRM/ERP alignment. Strong Power BI, data modeling, and visualization skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
