Life:
Lead and develop a high-performing global team delivering commercial analytics, reporting, and business insights. Define and execute the commercial analytics roadmap, aligning analytics capabilities with sales behavior, business priorities and growth objectives. Establish governance for commercial KPIs, reporting standards, and data quality to ensure trusted, consistent decision-making. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Data Governance to deliver scalable analytics solutions supporting enterprise initiatives. Deliver executive insights and recommendations that support commercial performance and strategic decision-making. Advance commercial analytics and enablement through Power BI, automation, self-service reporting, and emerging AI capabilities. Support enterprise initiatives including customer hierarchy, segmentation, territory management, and CRM/ERP alignment. Define and lead analytics enablement program to drive the right behaviors and outcomes in the field Promote adoption of analytics through enablement, continuous improvement, and measurement of business impact. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience:
8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or commercial excellence. 3+ years leading analytics teams. Experience developing commercial analytics strategies, reporting governance, and scalable business intelligence solutions. Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive business decisions. Strong Power BI, data modeling, and visualization skills. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing scalable analytics solutions in a global organization. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $118,100.00- 177,000.
